Please contact Ansley Smith before setting a case to be heard on these special set dates to insure availability.
There are no Chattooga Civil Jury Trials for the week of February 9th. Traverse Jurors scheduled for February 9th are not required to appear. If you are scheduled for Grand Jury, this does not apply to you. Traverse Jurors scheduled for February 16th or February 23rd are still required to appear on those dates. If you have any doubt contact the Chattooga Clerk of Court at 706-857-0706.
Judge Hise is requiring attorneys to use this Child Support Addendum.
The LMJC Website prevents us from posting this Addendum in Word format. If you need a copy to save for future use, email the Court Administrator and ask for a Word copy of the Child Support Addendum to be emailed.
All parts of this addendum must be completed. This addendum may be completed by the parties or by the Court. Do not delete paragraphs which do not apply.
